Directions for Stretching:

Massage Emu Oil to area 2-3 weeks prior to stretching to keep skin pliable

Apply Emu Oil to new jewelry before insertion

Repeat when needed

Directions for Piercing Aftercare:

Apply Emu Oil to piercing once it has been cleaned

Gently massage oil around the piercing with a clean finger

Repeat 2-3 times daily
